STAR Medicaid: 

  • Traditional Medicaid is active; clients can be seen.

Superior HealthPlan:

  • Active and ready; clients can be seen. 

Molina: 

  • Credentialing paused; Insurance rep inquired why rendering providers attached to so many locations, informed of services provided, requested an accurate update from rep 5/19/25. 

United: 

  • Insurance has paused group/facility credentialing. We were advised to apply as an agency for H codes — that application has been submitted. Clarified timeframe as of 5/21/25, rep states initial review is approx. 30-45 calendar days, credentialing/contracting approx. 90-120 calendar days. You may continue to see clients for traditional services but cannot yet bill H codes.

Wellpoint – Carelon:

  • Still pending, In the meantime we can submit a single case agreement (SCA) 

Texas Children's Health Plan:

  • Will apply TPIs have been recieved.
