STAR Medicaid:

  • Traditional Medicaid is active; clients can be seen.

BCBS (STAR Kids):

  • Application submitted 5/1/25. Credentialing required due to plan not being offered at the corporate level.

Wellpoint – Carelon:

  • Still pending, In the meantime we can submit a single case agreement (SCA) 

RightCare / FirstCare:

  • Active and ready; includes CHIP in some areas.

United – Optum:

  • Group/facility credentialing paused. Agency application for H codes submitted.
    As of 5/21/25, estimated timeframes: Initial review 30–45 days, credentialing/contracting 90–120 days. Clients can be seen for traditional services (H codes not billable yet).

Molina (CHIP):

  • Not added – services not covered.

Superior HealthPlan:

  • Active and ready; clients can be seen.
