Active and ready; includes CHIP in some areas.
United – Optum:
Group/facility credentialing paused. Agency application for H codes submitted.
As of 5/21/25, estimated timeframes: Initial review 30–45 days, credentialing/contracting 90–120 days. Clients can be seen for traditional services (H codes not billable yet).
Molina (CHIP):
